This report provides an overview of pancreatic cancer in Ireland between 1994 and 2010. Cancer of the pancreas accounts for approximately 2.5% of all invasive cancers and is the 9th most commonly diagnosed cancer in Ireland. Almost 400 cases of pancreatic cancer were diagnosed annually between 1994 and 2010.
