The National Cancer Registry has just been awarded the Ibec KeepWell Mark accreditation

The National Cancer Registry has just been awarded the Ibec KeepWell Mark accreditation, which recognises our commitment to the health and wellbeing of all of our employees. This external validation is a big milestone on our journey as we continue to build our employee health and wellbeing framework.

The National Cancer Registry employs 45 people and runs an employee well-being programme which is supported by the organization’s management team, HR policies and an Employees Assistance Programme, ensuring employees are encouraged to embrace the concepts of well-being and are supported across all areas of wellness including mental health, physical activity, diet and nutrition.

Speaking on The KeepWell Mark process, Linda King HR Manager said: “It is becoming increasingly apparent that business leaders in Ireland need to make the health and wellbeing of their employees a top priority. This is why we are so excited to receive The KeepWell Mark, with the ultimate aim of raising the standards of employee health, wellbeing, and safety across all aspects of our business. We hope that our staff will soon begin to feel the tangible benefits of The KeepWell Mark, and that we will set an example for other Irish businesses by following industry best practice.”
