Accessibility officer
In accordance with the Disability Act 2005, NCRI has appointed an accessibility officer to act as a point of contact for people with disabilities who wish to access our services.
The Disability Act 2005 provides a statutory basis for making public buildings, services and information accessible to people with disabilities.
NCRI's accessibility officer, in accordance with the Act, is responsible for providing or arranging for, and coordinating assistance and guidance, to persons with disabilities accessing such services.
The accessibility officer also responds to complaints made under section 38 of the Disability Act 2005 about NCRI's possible failure to comply with sections 25, 26, 27, 28 or 29 of the Act. To help the accessibility officer respond to your complaint, it must be in writing.
