Media enquiries
The Communication Officer deals with queries from the media.
- Routine inquiries will be answered during normal working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
- Routine queries received out of hours will be actioned on the next working day.
- The Media email address is not routinely monitored outside these working hours.
- Non urgent queries or queries that require data gathering from across the NCRI cannot be facilitated outside of normal working hours or at weekends. These queries may need some time to fulfil.
