Ms Ellen Farrell

Board member

Ellen Farrell was appointed to the Board of the National Cancer Registry Ireland in May 2022. 

She holds a degree in Accounting & Finance, a Master's degree (MBA), a Diploma in Company Direction with the Institute of Directors and a postgraduate Diploma in Strategy & Innovation. 

Ellen holds a Licentiate membership with the Association of Compliance Officers in Ireland. She has over 20 years of international Financial Services experience, with a proven record of delivering organisational transformation and regulatory change. 

She previously held an appointment in an Irish State Body (ReBo) providing strategic, risk management and governance advice to financial companies in Ireland. 

Ellen has led NCRI’s audit and risk committee since June 2023.
