We are delighted to announce that Great Place to Work ™ have awarded the NCRI with the prestigious Best Workplaces™ for Health & Wellbeing 2025! This achievement reflects our commitment to fostering a supportive and healthy environment for all employees.

This reward is a specialised recognition that builds upon the initial "Great Place to Work Certification™ we received in October 2024. To be considered for the Health & Wellbeing recognition, an organisation must first achieve Great Place to Work Certification. The certification process involves surveying employees and assessing the company's culture. If an organisation meets the requirements and has a Trust Index™ score of 65% or higher, it can be certified and then become eligible for the Best Workplaces lists, including those focused on health and wellbeing.
